Terms and Conditions

The above room rentals are for the entire day or for any portion thereof and include chairs from 7am-11pm.  Room rentals, set-up, and catering are subject to a set-up charge of 20%.

We offer a wide range of catering services.  Info will be provided upon request. 

All rentals will be confirmed when the Facilities Rental Agreement is returned signed along with payment in full.  Cancellations must be made two weeks prior to the event date in order to avoid the 50% cancellation fee.
